The New Zealand Fintech Fund is open to wholesale investors as defined by the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
The process is simple:
Confirm your eligibility – Ensure you meet the criteria to be considered a wholesale investor under New Zealand law.
Connect with us – Email us at hello@nzfintech.vc to receive the full Information Memorandum and have any questions answered.
Review & Commit – After reviewing the fund details, investors can commit a minimum of $50,000.
Onboarding – Icehouse Ventures manages investor onboarding and compliance via their investor portal.
Invest & Engage – Once onboarded, investors receive bi-monthly updates, access to co-investment opportunities, and the ability to participate in NZ’s fintech growth story.
